The essentials, done carefully. Phone and desktop layouts; page titles and descriptions; keyboard and contact-link checks; your approved images or original illustrations; one consolidated revision round; agreed launch assistance and a source-file handoff.
Corrections to work that doesn’t match the agreed scope are included for 14 days after handoff. New content, new features and ongoing maintenance are separate. Your proposal confirms the details.
Already have a site? Ask for a focused repair, a content refresh or production help. Useful booking tools and galleries can stay.

You get a written scope, price, payment timing and preview date. You approve the facts; I shape the pages and writing.

Review the first version, send one combined set of changes and approve the result. We agree the launch and handoff together.
Have a deadline?
Ask about a next-business-day first preview. This is available only for a suitable small scope, once the required inputs are ready and an actual work slot is confirmed. The proposal names the preview date; launch follows review and approval.
Can you help with the words and photos?
Yes. Original writing from your notes is part of both packages. You approve the business facts. We can use photos you have permission to use or agree on original illustrations. New photography and paid asset licences are separate costs, agreed first.
What if I already have a booking system or gallery?
Send the links. We can preserve a useful existing route and build around it. Moving a large portfolio, replacing a booking system or creating a new integration needs a separate scope.
Will I own and be able to move my site?
You keep control of your domain, hosting and billing. The proposal names the source files and access you receive, any third-party licences and how handoff works. We explain ongoing platform charges before you choose. There is no mandatory ToolsEnabled retainer.
What does the revision round cover?
One combined set of changes to the agreed pages, such as wording, image choices and layout adjustments. Extra pages, a different brief or new functionality are quoted separately. Scope errors can be reported during the included 14-day correction period after handoff.
How do payment and launch work?
There is no checkout or payment required to enquire. Your written proposal sets the payment schedule, preview date, approval steps and launch responsibilities before paid work begins. Domain, hosting and any agreed third-party costs are shown separately.
Are these examples real client projects?
No. Copperline and Linen & Light are fictional demonstrations built to show the design, content and enquiry flow. Their illustrations are original concept artwork. They are not customer businesses, photographs, testimonials or evidence of sales results.
