ToolsEnabled Fleet

Terms

Updated 5 October 2026.

The software

ToolsEnabled Fleet is open-source software released under the MIT License. That license is the whole of your rights to the code: you may use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense and sell it, as long as you keep the copyright and license notice.

No warranty

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Fleet starts agents that can read and change files in your project. Review what they do, keep backups and use version control. To the extent the law allows, ToolsEnabled, Inc. is not liable for any claim, damages or other liability arising from its use.

Other people's tools

Fleet works with Claude Code and the Codex command-line tool, which you install and sign in to yourself. Their own terms and policies apply to your use of them, and so do the limits and costs of your plans. Fleet does not sign in for you, resell or pool anyone's access.

Independence

ToolsEnabled is an independent project. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic or OpenAI. Their names belong to their owners.
