Support
ToolsEnabled software is made by ToolsEnabled, Inc. This page says how to reach us, what to put in a report, and where each product's issues go.
How to reach us
Write to support@toolsenabled.ai for anything: a question, a bug, a request, or a problem with this website.
For a bug or a request that is not sensitive, a GitHub issue on the product's repository is better. It is public, so other people with the same problem can find the answer, and the fix is tracked next to the code. The trackers are listed below.
A security problem is different. Report it privately, by email to security@toolsenabled.ai or through GitHub's private reporting, never in a public issue. The security page says how.
What to include
A report we can act on says:
- which product, and which version. For a plugin, the version is in your agent CLI's plugin list; for other software, it is the release you installed.
- your operating system and, for a plugin, which agent CLI it is installed in.
- what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead, with the exact text of any error.
- how to reproduce it, step by step, in the smallest project that shows it.
Check anything you attach before you send it. Fleet's diagnostic logs stay on your computer and can contain file paths and error messages; Fleet removes the sign-in secrets it can see from them, but it cannot recognize one it never sees. Never send an API key, token or password. If one is already in a log or a screenshot, rotate it.
Where issues go
Each product has its own tracker on GitHub. Use the one for the product you have; if you are not sure, email us and we will pass it on.
- Fleet: GitHub issues
- Fleet MCP: support@toolsenabled.ai
- Engine Bench: GitHub issues. A run record goes through the run-record form.
- Site Studio: GitHub issues
- Slides: GitHub issues
- Sim: GitHub issues
- ToolsEngine: GitHub issues
- Data: GitHub issues
- This website: support@toolsenabled.ai
Every product repository is public and takes issues. For a security problem, use the security page instead.
Other people's tools
Fleet starts agent CLIs that you install and sign in to yourself, and Engine Bench sends your requests to the AI provider you choose. A problem inside one of those tools or providers goes to its own maker; the terms say which. If a ToolsEnabled product handles such a problem badly, that part is ours: report it to us.
What to expect
ToolsEnabled is a small company. We read every report and reply as soon as we can, but we do not promise a response time. The latest release of each product is the supported one; fixes ship as a new release.
